Meditation Series

Start the new year off with some time to practice Meditation. We all know it’s a good thing for you body & soul, it’s just challenging to actually consistently do it. Right?

During the month of January I will be leading a MEDITATION PRACTICE COURSE. This session will help you create your own meditation routine, and hold you accountable in a supportive way so you follow through. This class is for those who are ready to really dive into the benefits of Meditation. You don’t have to be experienced, just a willingness to start making some internal changes.

The stress of living in a world of technology and fast pace can be overwhelming to our nervous system. Too many commitments, over indulgence in negative thinking, fear, worry, never enough thoughts that keep you in unnecessary suffering.

This workshop is a nice place to re-group and find YOURSELF and your truth.
Surrounding yourself with loving hearts and compassionate self talk can really calm the nervous system.
Come play….. no experience necessary & if you can’t make all of the classes, just drop in. Something is better than NOTHING.
