I have created a 5 minute video of a simple routine that includes gentle Gratitude Stretch, aggressive Free-Weight arm/ab exercises, and a closing Flexibility sequence.
The challenge is to do this first thing in the morning, every morning for the next 21 Days. It’s a perfect way to get your mind working positively, your physical body stronger/more toned, and ends with a compassionate stretch.
