Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for local residents to connect and build friendships while getting healthy. Last year was truly a place of deep connection and healthy habits building!

Starts Monday February 24th @ Clover Valley Park in Rocklin. 6:45-8pm

8 Weeks – $120 – FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS. 5K, 12K or Half Marathon
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and 3, 5 or 8 lb weights if you have them.
